Suyod is liable under applicable privacy laws and regulations (“Personal Data Protection Laws”). and is committed to respecting the privacy rights and concerns of all users of Suyod websites and mobile applications (collectively, the “Platforms”) (we refer to the Platforms and Services we Provided as defined in our Platform collectively (“Services”) and “Users” means users who have accounts who have registered with us and use the Platform. (collectively, “Users”, “You” or “Your”). We recognize the importance of the personal information you provide to us. and believe that we have a responsibility to properly manage, protect and process your personal data. (g) when you link your Suyod account to your social media account or another user account; or use other social media features under the service policy of that feature provider.

(h) when you transact through our Services.

(i) when you give us comments or complaints;

(j) when you register for an event

(k) when you submit your personal data to us for any reason

The above policies are not referenced in full detail and are only general examples when we collect personal information about you.

3. What personal information does SUYOD collect?

3.1 Personal data that Suyod may collect includes, but is not limited to:

  • birthday
  • billing address and/or for product delivery
  • Bank account details and payment information

  • Number according to ID card or passport
  • Address according to ID card or passport
  • information about your network or any person or account that you contact
  • Picture or audio or video recording that you have shared with us

  • Communication and marketing information, such as your interest in receiving marketing information from us and others. The communication style you are interested in and your communication history with us. our service provider and outsiders

3.2 You agree not to deliver any information. that is inaccurate and/or misleading to us and you agree to notify us of any inaccuracies or alterations to that information. We reserve the right to request the delivery of any additional documentation to verify the information you have provided to us as we deem appropriate.

3.3 In the event that you register as a user of our Platform through a social media account (“Social Media Account”), or link your Suyod account to your Social Media Account, or use any of our Social Media Features; Suyod (Suyod social media features). We may access your information that you voluntarily provide to your Social Media Account provider under that provider’s service policy. We will always manage and use your personal information under the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy.

3.4 If you do not wish us to collect The above information/personal information You may opt out at any time through the Platform or by giving written notice to our Data Protection Officer. “How you can cancel, delete, request access However, please note that opting out of collecting personal information or withdrawing your consent to the collection, use, sharing or processing of your personal information with us may affect your use of our services. You can opt out of receiving marketing advertisements at any time by selecting the unsubscribe function provided in electronic media. (d) to manage and/or facilitate business asset transactions or potential business asset transactions; Any such transaction involves Suyod as a participant or involves a related company or Suyod’s affiliate only as a participant. or associated with Suyod and/or at least one of Suyod’s related companies or affiliates as a contributor. and there may be third parties involved in such transactions. “Business Asset Transactions” means any purchase, sale, lease, merger, merger or other acquisition. Disposal, transfer or financing of the Organization or any part of the Organization or any other business or assets of the Organization; and/or

(n) any other purpose which we have provided to you at the time of your consent (collectively, the “Purpose”).

6.2 You acknowledge, agree and agree that Suyod may access, store and disclose information in your user account and including the “Content” where required by law. or by court order or orders from any government agency which has jurisdiction against Suyod or in the good faith belief that it is required to do so in order to (a) comply with any legal procedure; (c) enforce this Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; (d) comply with any claims. 7. How does SUYOD protect and keep personal information of customers?

It is not necessary to maintain such personal data for commercial purposes. legal or business anymore and (iii) there is no more reason to justify the preservation of such personal data. If you stop using the Platform or your license to use the Platform and/or Services is revoked or terminated. We may continue to store, use and/or disclose personal data in accordance with personal data protection laws and our obligations under this privacy law under applicable law. We may securely destroy your personal information without prior notice.

8. Does SUYOD disclose information collected from its visitors to third parties?

8.5 You are permitted to share videos from YouTube in the Suyod Livestream feature (“YouTube Content”). For such purposes Suyod uses the YouTube API service provided by YouTube. Subject to the YouTube Terms of Service or YouTube Terms of Service ( https://developers.google.com/youtube/terms/api-services-terms-of-service ) and the Google Privacy Policy or Google Privacy Policy ( http https://www.google.com/policies/privacy )

8.6 As set forth in our Terms of Service Suyod, any user who possesses the personal information of the “user” through the use of our services. (“Information Receiver”) acknowledges and agrees that Those users (i) comply with all applicable data protection laws regarding that data. (ii) allow the “user” who owns the personal data that has been collected by the recipient. (“Disclosure”) to remove their personal information from the database of the recipient. and (iii) allow the discloser to review what information about them has been collected by the recipient. 8.7 Notwithstanding what is set forth in this Policy The seller must comply all applicable personal data protection laws and with respect to Any personal information of Buyer obtained from Suyod(i) is not permitted to use of such Personal Information of Buyer. except in the case of necessity with justifiable reason in order to answer the buyer’s questions and to perform a response, perform, administer, or complete which any transaction Without the prior written consent of either Buyer and Suyod(ii) may not contact Buyer using those Personal Data of Buyer other than by contacting Suyod on the Platform. (iii) do not allow the disclosure of the purchaser’s personal information to any other person; without the prior written consent of both Buyer and Suyod. (iv) must take adequate security measures to protect the personal information of each Suyod user in his or her possession. and (v) notify Suyod’s Personal Data Protection Officer at dpo.th@Suyod.com if There are reasonable grounds to suspect that personal data has been infringed or any other reason for the loss of that personal data.

9. Children’s information

This service is not intended to serve children under the age of 13. We do not collect. or keep any personal information or non-personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13, or provide any part of the Platform or other services. We express our intention to children under 13 years of age. Please ensure that children under your custody do not submit personal information to them. Suyod, however, in the event that personal information of a child under 13 years of age under your custody is provided to Suyod, you consent to our possession of that personal data. and you accept and agree to be bound by the terms set out in this Privacy Policy on behalf of the child. However, we will close the account used by the child and withdraw and/or delete any personal data. which we believe is transmitted from a child under the age of 13 without the consent of the individual’s parent or legal guardian.

10. Information Collected by Third Parties

10.1 Our Platform uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files that are stored on your computer to help the web platform analyze how we use it. user Information that cookies generate about your use of the web platform. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted and stored on servers by Google in the United States. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the Web Platform. Compile reports on web platform activity for web platform operators. and provide other services In connection with the activities of the web platform and use of the Internet, Google may also transmit this information to third parties as required by law. or when such third parties process data on Google’s behalf, Google will not associate your IP address with any other information that Google maintains.

10.2 We and Third Parties Software application downloads may be made available from time to time to enable you to use the Service or otherwise use the Service. These applications may be accessed separately. and allow third parties to retrieve information that identifies you, including your name, user ID, and computer’s IP address. or any other information such as cookies that you may have previously installed. or that third party applications or web platforms have installed for you. In addition, these applications may ask you to provide additional information directly to the third party. Third party products or services provided through these applications are not owned by Suyod or not controlled by Suyod. We recommend that you read the terms and other policies. published by such third parties on those web platforms or other web platforms.

11. Disclaimer Regarding Security and Third Party Platforms

11.1 We do not warrant that personal information and/or other information you provide to the Third Party Platform will be secure. We implement various safety measures. It is used to secure your personal data that is in our possession or control. The user’s personal information is stored in a secure network. and can only be accessed by a limited number of employees. which will be the person who has the privilege of accessing such system and must protect confidential personal information when you submit an order or access your personal data We offer to use secure servers. All personal or sensitive information you provide will be encrypted in our database so that it can only be accessed as stated above.

11.2 In an effort to increase your benefit We may choose various third party web platforms. to be linked or installed within the platform We may also participate in co-branding or create any other relationship. to offer ecommerce transactions and/or other services and features to visitors. 12.SUYOD will transfer your data overseas?

Your personal data and/or data may be transferred, stored or processed outside of the country. In most cases, your personal data will be processed in Singapore. Where our servers are located, Suyod will only transfer your information abroad in accordance with the privacy laws.

13. How you can opt out of providing information withdraw consent request access or correct the information you provide to us.

13.1 Withdrawal of Consent

13.1.1 You may withdraw your consent regarding the collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal data which is in our possession or control. by sending an email to Our Personal Data Protection Officer by email address dpo.th@Suyod.co.th and we will consider your request to withdraw your consent. according to the conditions set forth in This Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law and other applicable laws. However, withdrawing your consent may prevent us from continuing to provide you services. We may therefore be required to terminate your existing relationship and/or the contract you have with us.

13.1.2 When you have shared YouTube content, in addition to requesting the revocation of your consent by sending an email as set out in clause 13.1.1, you may revoke Suyod’s access to personal data via its security settings page. Google’s or Google security setting page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

13.2 Requesting access to or correction of personal data

13.2.1 If you have an account with us You may access and/or correct your personal data in our possession or control by yourself through the account settings page located on the Platform. If you don’t have an account with us You may access and/or correct your personal data currently in our possession or control by submitting a written request to us. We must obtain sufficient information from you to determine the identity. You and the nature of your request so that we can handle your request. Therefore, please submit your written request by email to the Data Protection Officer at dpo.th@Suyod.com.

13.2.2 for requesting access to personal data Once we have enough of your information to take action We will provide you with relevant personal data within 30 days (or if you are resident in Malaysia, 21 days) if we are unable to respond to your request within such 30 days. (or if you are resident in Malaysia, 21 days) We will inform you about the fastest time we can provide the information you request. Please note that personal data protection laws may exclude certain types of personal data from your access requests.

13.2.3 For requests to correct personal data Once we have enough of your information to take action, we will:

(a) correct your personal data within 30 days (or if you are resident in Malaysia, 21 days) if we are unable to correct it within that period; We will inform you about the fastest time for corrective action. Please note that personal data protection laws may exclude certain types of personal data from requests for correction. including specifying when corrections are required from us in (various) situations, even if requested by you; and

(b) We will send the revised personal data to all entities to which we have disclosed personal data within one year prior to the revision date. unless the organization does not require the revised personal data for legal or business purposes.

13.2.4 Notwithstanding sub-paragraph (b) above, if you request it, we may send the modified personal data to a specific entity to which we have disclosed personal data. within a period of one year prior to the date of revision

13.2.5 To the extent permitted by law, we may charge a reasonable fee for processing and handling your request to access personal data. If we choose to charge a fee We will provide you with an estimated fee in writing. Please note that we are not obliged to respond or take any action. against requests for access to your data unless you agree to pay a fee.
